Atlantic ManagementYour Guide to the Eurobond Market

Reading a Eurobond term sheet

A line-by-line walk through the items you will see on a new-issue term sheet.

Before a new Eurobond prices, the banks circulate a short term sheet. Knowing what each line means makes it much easier to compare deals.

LineWhat it tells you

Settlement dateWhen money and bonds change hands.
MaturityFinal repayment date.
